Houston – Mark S. Werbner of the Dallas law firm Sayles Werbner is speaking at the State Bar of Texas’ 25th Annual Advanced Personal Injury Law Course in Houston on September 2, 2009. Mr. Werbner will provide insights on the latest developments in premises liability law, including new information on how slip-and-fall claims and inadequate security measures are causing legal liability for property owners. Mr. Werbner is one of the few attorneys from across the state to be invited to make a presentation at this year’s event, the State Bar’s largest CLE program devoted to personal injury law.
