Gali Zinger is an internationally experienced attorney who has practiced law since she was admitted to the Israeli bar in 2000. She has extensive experience in litigation and commercial law, and has worked on cases involving tort, patent, copyright, trademark, inheritance, employment, class actions, and complex business claims.
Her litigation experience includes drafting claims and motions, preparing witnesses for trial, and appearing before the court, including conducting cross-examinations. In addition,
Gali has:
- Successfully represented a construction company in proceedings of arbitration regarding the construction of a $20 million project in Israel
- Helped successfully represent the owners of some of the world’s most famous brands – inter alia, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Warner Bros., Fila – in proceedings before court and before the registrar of trademarks, patents and designs
Gali’s commercial experience includes:
- Successfully administrated the legal procedural aspects for the Israeli representative of Michelin Tires, including founding a new company and transferring activity from one of Israel’s largest companies in a deal worth $10 million
- Conducted complex commercial transactions from structuring, through negotiations to the drafting and signing of contracts including share purchase agreements, stockholders agreements, investment agreements, loan agreements, services agreements and lease agreements
Gali received her L.L.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1999 and her L.L.M. from Tel-Aviv University in 2004, where she graduated cum laude. She served as a Sergeant in the Israeli Air Force and currently resides in Dallas with her husband, Dr. Nuni Bruck, and their son.
