Practice Description and Representative Cases:
Mark D. Strachan is a native of East Texas, having practiced in and near Marshall, Texas, for 25 years before moving to Dallas. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in commercial cases and product cases involving a broad range of disputes. His extensive trial experience includes work before both state and federal court juries.

Throughout his career, Mark has represented both individuals and companies in cases that arise from a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, wireless technology, oil & gas production, legal malpractice, transportation, banking, construction, and industrial fabrication.
