Mark E. Torian joined Sayles Werbner in 2004, and has been practicing trial law in Texas since 2000. Before beginning his practice, Mark served in the United States Marine Corps where he was assigned to Diplomatic Security with the United States Department of State. Mark's practice is concentrated on trial work in the areas of complex commercial litigation, personal injury and products liability in both state and federal courts. He also handles matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
An experienced litigator, Mark has tried more than 20 criminal and civil lawsuits to verdict. His litigation experience includes:
Mark graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Arkansas where he was a charter member of the University Boxing Club. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, Mark was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and was awarded the Pearson Fellowship in both 1998 and 1999; an honor based on ethical character in the law and public service. |
