Mark S. Mark is lead counsel for Terror Victims v. Arab Bank, an international terrorism lawsuit. He is frequently involved in high profile cases, which have appeared on The Fox News Channel, Court TV, The Wall Street Journal and other national and international media.

He received his B.A. with honors from the University of Texas and graduated cum laude from the SMU School of Law where he was an Editor of the Southwestern Law Journal. In his spare time, he scuba dives, snow skis and is active in various professional and civic organizations.
