Practice Description and Representative Cases:
Prior to joining Sayles Werbner, Natalie Cortez practiced in Washington, D.C., handling commercial and intellectual property disputes. She has represented clients in cases involving, patent infringement, trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, fraud, defamation, breach of fiduciary duty, and violations of various consumer protection laws, among other cases.

Natalie has experience in all phases of litigation from investigation to trial preparation. She has managed all aspects of discovery, including conducting depositions, in addition to drafting and arguing numerous evidentiary and dispositive motions.
