Richard A. Sayles
Richard A. Sayles has tried more than 100 jury trials in three decades of trial practice. Whether representing plaintiffs or defendants, individuals or corporations, he thrives on the courtroom floor. Dick draws on his broad experience in both state and federal courts to handle cases involving commercial disputes, defense of and claims against corporate directors and officers, securities law claims, product liability, patent law claims, among many others. Dick has tried numerous securities arbitrations for plaintiffs and defendants before the NASD. Widely recognized as one of the leading trial lawyers in Texas, his honors include:

He has often represented major corporations, as plaintiffs, in commercial disputes and patent cases, and his other recent or current cases include:

Dick received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law School where he served as Comment and Case Note Editor at the University of Houston Law Review.
