Stacy D. Simon is a native of Dallas and she is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She handles antitrust and commercial litigation and has represented clients in cases involving antitrust claims, securities fraud, health care-related claims, tortious interference, contract disputes, federal and state wiretaps, civil conspiracy and media-related claims.
Stacy has trial, mediation and arbitration experience, and has taken and defended numerous depositions, represented clients at state and federal hearings, and drafted numerous pretrial motions. A cum laude graduate of Duke University in 1989, Stacy received her law degree with high honors in 1993 from the University of Texas at Austin. While attending law school, she was an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Before joining Sayles Werbner, she clerked for U.S. District Judge A. Joe Fish of the Northern District of Texas and practiced at Vinson & Elkins in Dallas. |
