Our outstanding record of successful legal representation isn't the only thing that sets Sayles Werbner apart from its competition. We believe our system of compensation allows us to provide superior value to our clients.

In hourly cases, we bill every month for the previous month and provide details on the questions about "who, what, when and how much." Unlike most firms, we don't bill for "extras" such as in-house photocopying, long distance calls and faxes, deliveries, on-line legal research or word processing. Travel and other expenses incurred on the client's behalf are detailed in our bill and charged at our actual cost.

Finally, we customize our fee arrangement to meet the needs of our clients' specific cases. These fee structures may include pure hourly charges at specified rates, arrangements that combine hourly charges and contingent recovery features or bonuses, and contingent fee arrangements where we receive no payment unless there is a recovery. Fee arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis.
