Mr. Werbner is interviewed on KTVT-CBS 11 about his representation of Mr. Jackson. The case originated when Mr. Jackson’s client, former Dallas City Councilman Don Hill, was interviewed by another Dallas television station prior to his trial in the Dallas City Hall corruption case. Mr. Jackson and Mr. Hill were accused of violating a prior court order requiring Mr. Hill and other participants in the City Hall trial to refrain from public comment on the issues in the case.
