Product Liability

Dick Sayles is a 30-year veteran in the product liability arena. He has represented John Deere, Black & Decker and other major manufacturers in defense of their products all around the country. For John Deere alone, he has taken more than 25 cases to a jury verdict with a 90+% success rate.
The Firm also takes select plaintiff product liability cases and recently obtained a $7 million jury verdict against a major manufacturer in a wrongful death case resulting from a defective product. We have also successfully settled many other cases involving defective products that caused injury or death.

Mark Werbner is certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Specialization, and his criminal defense practice covers a broad range of federal and state matters. During his 25 years of practice, he has represented numerous corporate executives and businessmen who were subjects or targets of federal, state or administrative investigations.
