Jury finds bus owner, driver liable for injuries resulting from 2010 crash

NEW YORK – The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit today issued a ruling that will allow a group of terrorism victims to continue their lawsuit against Jordan-based Arab Bank over claims that the bank and its New York branch served as catalysts for financing worldwide terrorism activities.

Adam Sender’s New York hedge fund completely cleared in court battle
MORRISTOWN, N.J. – New Jersey Superior Court Judge Donald Coburn of Morristown today dismissed a multibillion-dollar lawsuit filed against New York-based hedge fund Exis Capital Management Inc., fund manager Adam Sender and other defendants after ruling that the damages claim filed by Canada’s Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. was not supported by law.
