Firm co-founder profiled in cover story on lawsuit against Arab Bank

DALLAS – Once again, four partners from Dallas’ Sayles Werbner have earned selections as Texas Super Lawyers. Named to the prestigious 2006 list are Richard Sayles, Mark Werbner, John Conway and Eric Pearson.

The listing of the state’s top lawyers appears in the October 2006 issue of Texas Monthly magazine and Texas Super Lawyers magazine, which is published by Law & Politics Media Inc. in conjunction with Texas Monthly.

Name partners Richard Sayles and Mark Werbner both received special recognition, being singled out as among the Top 100 attorneys in the state. This marks the fourth straight year for both to be included among the state’s elite.

Additionally Mr. Werbner appears in a cover story in Texas Super Lawyers magazine titled “Squeezing Terrorists’ Bankbooks,” highlighting his work in Terror Victims v. Arab Bank.
