Trial Lawyer Mark Werbner Featured at Consumer and Commercial Law Course
DALLAS – Trial lawyer Mark Werbner, co-founder of the Dallas trial law firm Sayles Werbner, will be among a distinguished group of speakers at the upcoming Texas Bar Association Advanced Consumer and Commercial Law Course.
The two-day course will be held Nov. 13-14 at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel in Dallas. A video replay of the course will be offered Dec. 18-19 at the Greenway Plaza Holiday Inn Select in Houston.
On Friday, Nov. 14, Mr. Werbner will be featured as the lunchtime presenter for a program on “Cross Examination Techniques in a Commercial Case.” Mr. Werbner will draw on his experiences in more than 100 courtroom trials to deliver insights on the best ways to question witnesses in high-stakes commercial litigation. Earlier this year, Mr. Werbner was named in D CEO magazine as one of the top five corporate lawyers in Dallas.
Mr. Werbner is one of the few attorneys to be Board Certified in both Civil Trial Law and Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including both business torts and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.
