DALLAS – Attorneys Robert L. Sayles and Sawyer Neely of Dallas’ Sayles Werbner have earned selection to the 2016 Texas Rising Stars list of the state’s top young lawyers for their litigation expertise.

Last year, Mr. Sayles and Mr. Neely successfully defended a Texas-based manufacturer in a multimillion-dollar lawsuit alleging violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. A state district court jury in Gainesville, Texas, issued a take-nothing verdict in favor of the firm’s client despite the plaintiff’s pretrial demands for as much as $8 million in damages.

A shareholder at Sayles Werbner, Mr. Sayles has been named to the Rising Stars list five times based on his work in the courtroom. He represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, product liability matters, and personal injury and wrongful death claims.
