(NYSE: CHK) claiming that Chesapeake reneged on a commitment to partner with ICC Energy on the marketing of gas from the Barnett Shale at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Parents Say Faulty Bridge Design, TxDOT Detour Led to Deaths

(Corsicana, Texas) – The mother and father of two children who drowned last May when their car was swept away by floodwaters, say the City of Corsicana and the Texas Department of Transportation are responsible for the children’s deaths.
