Dallas' Sayles Werbner Home to Four Texas Super Lawyers Honorees

DALLAS – The Dallas trial law firm Sayles Werbner is proud to announce that four firm attorneys have earned spots in the 2012 Texas Super Lawyers guide to the state’s best lawyers, with firm co-founder Richard A. “Dick” Sayles highlighted among Texas’ Top 10 lawyers for the fourth time.

Mr. Sayles and fellow firm co-founder Mark S. Werbner are named to the exclusive list based on their work in business litigation. They also earned distinction as two of the Top 100 attorneys in the state and the Top 100 in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Both attorneys have been included in the Texas Super Lawyers Top 100 for 10 consecutive years, each year since the list premiered in 2003.

Also honored in the 2012 edition of Texas Super Lawyers are Sayles Werbner attorneys William S. Snyder and Mark D. Strachan. This is the fifth consecutive year Mr. Snyder has been featured on the list, and the second for Mr. Strachan. Mr. Snyder is recognized for his work in business litigation, and Mr. Strachan for his representation of clients in intellectual property litigation.

“I am extremely proud that our colleagues in the legal community have seen fit to include a third of our attorneys at Sayles Werbner in the Texas Super Lawyers list,” says Mr. Sayles. “It is especially gratifying to be honored for our litigation work since we pride ourselves on handling any type of courtroom case in any jurisdiction in the country.”

To compile the complete list of Texas Super Lawyers honorees, Thomson Reuters researchers seek nominations from the more than 70,000 practicing Texas lawyers. A blue-ribbon panel of attorneys helps determine the final selections, with less than 5 percent of all lawyers in Texas honored each year.

The 2012 honorees appear in the October issue of Texas Monthly and Texas Super Lawyers magazines. The entire list can be viewed online at

Sayles Werbner has an international reputation as a "go to" trial law firm in multifaceted business litigation, intellectual property, patent litigation, life-altering personal injury cases, product safety lawsuits and other areas of the law.
